So, what will your new role look like?
Officevibe is all about employee engagement. Our team's focus this year is to build a well-crafted, focused, and integrated experience. As a Senior Product Designer on the Officevibe team, you'll be responsible for creating simple and cohesive experiences that are flexible enough to meet our customers where theyโre at.
A typical week?
- Collaborating deeply with other Product Designers as well as Content Designers at Officevibe, you'll research, design, and test innovative employee engagement experiences.
- You'll also be tasked with sharing your expertise within design and cross-functionally with PMs, developers, and data partners.
- You'll develop the approach to tackling problems, and influence and coach along the way.
What does your future team look like?
- Youโll be working on the Officevibe engagement team, which consists of four squads working toward a common goal. Each of those squads works cross-functionally, and has a product designer, content designer, product manager, several developers, a data scientist.
- We expect you to collaborate daily with other designers on the Officevibe product. We believe we do better work together, and we learn faster together.
- Naturally youโll also be a part of the larger Officevibe & Workleap Design Team. The team is around a dozen people and will be expanding this year. This team consists of Product Designers, Content Designers, as well as a Product Design Manager and Director of Design. Everyone on the design team is thoughtful, considerate, and kind. Our design team's secret sauce is that we integrate impactful quality-oriented work with fun.

- Working on our customers' #1 requests: bringing more flexibility and insights to organizations.
- Iterating on the employee engagement experience in Officevibe.
- Designing experiences that impact how people work and create relationships at work.
Qualifications
- 5+ years working as a UX Designer or Product Designer;
- Problem solver: facilitate problem-solving for large groups, creating alignment;
- Designing for simplicity: We take simplicity seriously here;
- Proactive Collaboration: work effectively with an interconnected team;
- Innovation: there is real opportunity to continue innovating and change the game using AI/ML;
- High quality bar: crafting valuable experiences using deep empathy for our users;
- High craft bar and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, demonstrated through a portfolio of work;
- Experience using a design system.
