- Own the End-to-End Booking Funnel: Take full responsibility for the rent booking journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Drive Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Product Vision: Shape and implement the product strategy for our e-commerce booking flow, prioritizing features based on data insights and business impact.
- Scrum Leadership: Lead a dedicated Scrum team by defining product requirements, creating clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the go-to person for internal stakeholders, aligning requirements across marketing, tech, and operations to achieve business goals.
- Discovery to Go-Live: Oversee the entire product development process, from user research and idea validation to launch and post-release optimization.
- Market & Tech Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities for ongoing innovation.
What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us
- E-Commerce Product Owner Experience: Several years of proven success leading digital product initiatives; experience in web development, SaaS, or e-commerce projects a plus.
- Agile Software Development: Solid familiarity with Scrum methodologies and the associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Conversion-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to improve funnel performance and A/B test new ideas to optimize user flows.
- Excellent UX/UI Sense: Keen eye for intuitive design and user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong Communication Skills: Business-fluent English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Capable of translating complex technical challenges and solutions into clear, actionable steps for both dev teams and business stakeholders.
