In this role, you will
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to enhance product capabilities.
- Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers.
- Participate in engineering activities including incident response and code reviews.
- Solve complex technical challenges in a collaborative team environment.
- Improve planning, development, and deployment processes.
You will need
- 5+ years of experience with web frameworks and products.
- Familiarity with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to debug production issues.
- Strong interest in visual development and data-driven platforms.
- Experience communicating project trade-offs effectively.
