In this role, you will
- Partner with platform product managers, designers, and analysts for effective solutions.
- Work with the FE platform core like Design system and core packages.
- Set direction for the team and guide engineering vision.
- Prototype and test solutions to significant challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to improve outcomes.
- Participate in culture building through mentorship and new initiatives.
You will need
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with large-scale web applications and technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Optional experience with Java, Go, or C++.
- Familiarity with build tools, GraphQL, and runners.
- Proven senior technical leadership in a strong engineering culture.
