Creative Game Lead

Can you elevate our game and build out the creative processes to take the game to the next level? Do you have superb communication skills, are process and detail oriented, a creative self-starter who enjoy breaking down complex issues, and is truly passionate about making our players happy? This position has important role with direct impact ensuring that we put our learners/players first and deliver games that delight and engage  🤩

Responsibilities • Define, communicate, and be accountable for the creative vision of the Metacrafters game, including the core loop, earning mechanics, social features, and IP development • You will partner with our Engineers, Artists, and Designers to deliver an amazing game that serves the education mission of Proof Of Learn while delivering real Web3 economic value to our players/learners • Collaborate with our Tokenomics team and Marketing to build go-to-market plans and user acquisition campaigns • Tracking & reporting including regular communication to the team and key stakeholders to provide status and update on critical efforts • Drive production on updates, contents, assets, and QA to ensure events, tie-ins & game builds release smoothly and on schedule • Capture best practices and help teams build sustainable processes that effectively resolve complex issues with clarity

Qualifications • 2+ years working in creative or production leadership roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership, or equivalent experience in assisting forward movement within one or multiple aspects of the game production life cycle • Experience with all production phases of game development from Concept to Live Operations for at least one shipped title • Demonstrated experience building, leading, and mentoring teams • An effective and inclusive collaborator who embraces feedback and drives for consensus • Experienced in managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers • Comfortable engaging with diverse teams and disciplines. Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Games-as-a-Service / Live games experience a strong plus • Familiarity with PC and console video games and / or game industry preferred
