Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute a wide range of visual materials, including website graphics, advertisements, paid media assets, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and more.
- Support the marketing organization across multiple areas such as brand, growth, internal communications, social media, digital campaigns, and events.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines while finding opportunities to enhance and elevate our visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing design and copy to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar background.
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing team environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating diverse visual assets, including digital and print designs.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and adapt to feedback.
- Fluent and excellent communication in English.
