Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our global business and transform Freshaโ€™s infrastructure to accelerate product delivery.

In this role, you will

  • Drive cross-organizational alignment through effective communication
  • Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Define and track product success metrics to improve adoption
  • Drive and refine product vision and strategy
  • Co-accountable for the impact, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of solutions
  • Identify opportunities for platform improvements

You will need

  • 2+ years of platform product management experience
  • Software engineering background with SDLC understanding
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English and another language (optional)
  • Understanding of observability tools and practices
  • Experience with cost optimization in cloud environments
  • Strong team collaboration and motivation skills
