At Zeta Global, we are dedicated to maximizing the impact of marketing through data-driven insights. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the integration and centralization of third-party data insights across our core platforms. This role is crucial for enhancing the accessibility and utility of our Data Cloud product, ensuring that insights are seamlessly embedded into all facets of our digital marketing tools.Job Description:
- Data Integration: Spearhead initiatives to integrate third-party insights into first party activations modules of our platform, including campaign building, marketing automation, and audience creation.
- Centralization of Insights: Develop strategies to centralize data reports and insights, making them easily accessible and interpretable within the core platform.
- Insight Distribution: Ensure that key insights are effectively distributed at valuable points in the user journey, enhancing decision-making and marketing effectiveness.
- Platform Consolidation: Work towards consolidating sections of the platform to include inline insights, thereby enhancing user experience and platform efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with offshore teams to align them with best practices in data management and integration. Foster a culture of patience and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and align the product development with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Management: Proven track record of managing and successfully rolling out digital products, especially those involving complex data integrations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and systems integration. Experience with marketing technologies is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to devise strategic solutions that merge technical possibilities with business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities with a knack for explaining complex data concepts in clear terms to diverse audiences.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and working with offshore development teams. Must be adept at navigating cultural differences and aligning dispersed teams with company objectives.
- Background in Data Science or Analytics: A strong grasp of data analytics and its application in marketing to drive decision-making and product enhancements.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing workflows including campaign management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
