Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
  • Experience in a high-growth startup
  • Knowledge of growth hacking strategies and growth loops
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in growth product management, product management, or related role, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience with A/B testing, growth metrics, and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL)
  • Familiarity with qualitative research methods, including user interviews and surveys
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Passionate about understanding user behavior and translating insights into impactful product changes
