Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate repeatable GTM tasks such as lead routing, outreach personalization, forecasting updates, and QBR preparation.
- Partner closely with field teams to identify automation or insights reducing repetitive tasks and providing high signal insights across distribution channels.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to architect GTM flows on PLG motions to enhance customer experience.
- Architect data infrastructure and pipelines with RevOps and cross-functional teams to power the agentic workforce.
- Develop internal automation pipelines and tools using Mistral Models & Platform with structured data pipelines to improve process efficiency across the revenue funnel.
- Blend AI with signals identification for real-time views and suggested actions for AEs on the customer base.
- Partner with Marketing to architect automated inbound lead triage including enrichment, routing, and agentic follow-up according to customer needs and Mistral solutions.
- Partner with Solutions Architect and Applied AI Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered internal tools unlocking automation along the customer lifecycle.
- Develop a roadmap for agentic use cases leveraging Mistral platforms and models to implement and manage Agents.
- Engage with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, use cases, connector requirements, and outcomes.
- Lead GTM efforts building for Mistral on Mistral, staying informed on product roadmap evolution for relevant use cases.
- Support and liaise with Sales teams explaining Mistral deployments for automation and scaled intelligence.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Solutions Architecture, or GTM Technology roles in fast-growing businesses with multiple revenue streams.
- Deep experience building and administering GTM systems (Salesforce, Clay, Gong) and business intelligence tools (Looker, Metabase, Hex or similar).
- Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, or other scripting languages and automation frameworks (Airflow, n8n, LangChain).
- Experience deploying AI, agentic flows, or automation for improved efficiency or providing intelligent GTM signals.
- A strong perspective and vision on AI's impact on Revenue Operations and GTM teams over the next 3-5 years with ability to roadmap use cases and agent deployments.
- Ability to translate pain points and feedback into clear user stories guiding build and iteration.
- Strong rapport-building, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience in project management, sprint planning, and designing scalable intake, scoping, and release methodologies for Revenue Operations and GTM teams.
- Innovative builder who excels problem-solving from first principles and building solutions from the ground up.
