Responsibilities
- Building & delivering customized AI Governance training sessions and workshops to a broad audience, from technical teams to c-level executives.
- Supporting customers in defining their AI governance roadmap and workflow(s) using guidance based on industry best practices and standard AI governance frameworks.
- Managing customer engagements including gathering requirements, identifying milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on customer feedback.
- Defining future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can develop to best support customers in their AI Governance journey amidst the rapidly evolving landscape.
- Collaborating across all Credo AI functions to source and share AI Governance knowledge.
- Representing Credo AI as the global market leader on AI Governance at industry events and in webinars, podcasts, panels, and forums to reinforce leadership in responsible AI.
Requirements
- An academic foundation in ethical AI principles with practical experience applying these within a business context.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex socio-technical and ethical AI issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated program or curriculum development experience focused on content creation such as webinars and workshops.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and how AI Governance delivers value, preferred enterprise context experience.
- Technical expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and/or LLMs preferred, knowledgeable in AI development and deployment in enterprise environments.
- AI fluency or willingness to learn is required.
