Responsibilities

• Support AI Solution Development: Assist in designing and building AI-powered solutions to automate and enhance business workflows.
• Work with team members to prepare and pre-process data for AI model training.
• Help integrate AI components into internal systems and digital products.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and identify areas for AI/automation.
• Attend discovery sessions and assist in translating business needs into technical tasks with mentorship from senior engineers.
• Prototype & Experiment: Participate in the development of proof-of-concept solutions using tools such as Python, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Support testing and evaluation of model performance under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Automation & Integration: Contribute to scripting and automation workflows using Python or RPA tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes.
• Help set up and maintain data pipelines and integrations between systems.
• Documentation & Learning: Maintain clear technical documentation on code, processes, and solution designs.
• Continuously improve your understanding of AI/ML, cloud tools, and automation platforms through team learning and personal development.
• Stay Curious: Stay informed on emerging AI tools and technologies, especially in Generative AI, workflow automation, and data processing.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in a relevant role (internships or academic projects welcome).
• Basic proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning, NLP, or computer vision (project or coursework experience acceptable).
• Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or other LLM-based platforms).
• Understanding of basic data manipulation and cleaning techniques using tools like Pandas, SQL, or Excel.
• Interest in workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate) and scripting for integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative and learn from feedback.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Bonus Points

• Experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for building user interfaces for AI applications.
• Experience with User Centered Design.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
