About You
- Background-agnostic with a bias for building.
- Experience can include software engineering, no-code operations, program management, startup roles, prompt engineering, or LLM product hacking.
- Proven rapid prototyping skills with no-code or coding environments.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, and Claude.
- Strong debugging and reliability skills to optimize automation logic and prompts.
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams and understands varied workflows.
- Committed to responsible AI practices including data security and fallback systems.
- Experienced in creating clear documentation and training materials.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize automation tasks across functions such as sales, support, recruiting, and operations.
- Quickly build MVPs using Zapier and AI tools to eliminate workflow bottlenecks.
- Work within teams to improve performance and productivity through automation.
- Scale prototypes into robust systems with error handling and monitoring.
- Debug AI failures by investigating issues and refining automation logic.
- Conduct workshops, create playbooks, and train staff on safe AI usage.
- Measure and optimize the impact of automation on business outcomes.
