Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-impact motion spots (6-30 sec) by animating property photos, lifestyle shots, and brand assets.
- Create on-brand feature and inline graphics that elevate thought-leadership pieces.
- Produce platform-native visuals (static, GIF, short-form video) that maximize engagement across IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Design hero images, banners, and interactive visuals that enhance UX and conversion.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and scripts/no-code automations to deliver hundreds of variations quickly.
- Continually evaluate bleeding-edge generative tools, model weights, and plugins, sharing learnings and prototypes with the team.
- Uphold a premium, luxury aesthetic while experimenting boldly; partner with Design, Growth, and Product Marketing to ensure consistency.
- Define and apply criteria to assess creative output for brand alignment, visual excellence, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in visual design, motion graphics, creative technology, or related fields.
- 2+ years hands-on with generative AI image/video tools (e.g., MidJourney v6+, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion/Video, Gemini Image FX).
- Portfolio showcasing tasteful AI-generated media that drove measurable results (please include links).
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, color, and storytelling for performance marketing.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and at least one scripting or automation environment (Python, JS, or no-code APIs) to scale asset output.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable A/B testing creative variations and iterating based on metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving, remote environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with real-estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- 3D modeling/animation, photogrammetry, or AR skills.
- Familiarity with LLM-based copy generation (ChatGPT, Claude) to pair visuals with compelling text.
- Motion design in After Effects or similar.
