What you will do

Strategic Advisory & C-Suite Partnership

  • Lead strategic advisor for high-value clients building trusted executive relationships.
  • Lead workshops to co-create AI transformation roadmaps aligned with strategy.
  • Develop and present business cases articulating AI ROI and platform value.

Presales: Shaping the Vision

  • Partner with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and position solutions.
  • Design tailored AI strategies and proofs-of-concept addressing critical challenges.
  • Act as subject matter expert in client engagements ensuring solution adoption.

Postsales: Driving Deployment & Adoption

  • Own AI deployments’ success from planning to integration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute deployment roadmaps and deliver results.
  • Drive change management ensuring seamless adoption and long-term success.

Commercial Growth & Thought Leadership

  • Identify expansion opportunities connecting capabilities to new challenges.
  • Mentor junior strategists and contribute to best practices.
  • Represent Mistral AI in speaking engagements and industry contributions.

About you

  • 8+ years in technical management consulting, enterprise technology, or strategic AI roles.
  • Deep practical understanding of AI/ML, data architecture, and software development.
  • Proven track record engaging and influencing C-suite executives.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in both presales and postsales phases.
  • Skilled in managing high-value accounts and building investment cases.
  • Collaborative leader who motivates cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Adaptable, low-ego team player passionate about AI transformation.
