- Leverage generative AI to produce video, static, and text marketing assets.
- Use advanced prompt engineering and AI-first workflows for content generation.
- Drive creative velocity, experimentation, and evolution of evergreen assets.

What You'll Do
- Experiment with AI tools like Runway ML, Firefly, Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Visual Electric, Icon.
- Apply visual production basics to craft detailed, high-quality prompts.
- Structure prompts, modular inputs, and reusable templates for scalable creative variations.
- Rapidly iterate and evolve campaign ideas and evergreen assets.
- Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across formats and platforms.
- Share tooling insights and document prompt logic and template design.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and adopt new techniques.
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 years experience in creative production (performance marketing, lifecycle content, agency, or brand).
- Open to experimenting with AI content generation tools like Firefly, Runway ML, MidJourney, Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva, Veo3.
- Preferably technical background with structural thinking, prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, logic trees, or template systems.
- Experienced in fast-paced, high-output creative environments.
- Strong visual and copy sensibility with ability to enforce brand guidelines.
- Basic understanding of visual production elements to craft high quality prompts.
