- Shape Durableβs core user experience.
- Lead the design of intelligent, AI-native systems.
- Invent new patterns for interacting with AI.
- Simplify complex tasks into beautiful flows.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership.
- Guide the design team and deliver work that moves the business forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on shipped B2C products.
- Comfortable producing in code or with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Fluent with current generation of AI creative tooling.
- Experience designing AI or generative experiences.
- Systems thinking in design patterns and component libraries.
- Bonus: eye for exceptional brand design and motion.
- Bonus: startup experience or having launched something of your own.

Fine Print
- Vancouver-based company; candidates should be in Canada.
- Remote work is fine; expect quarterly travel to Vancouver.
- Compensation is $150,000β$210,000 CAD base plus equity, based on seniority.
