Job Description
Lead the design of strategic product features with autonomy to propose, challenge, and define directionWork side by side with the PO and developers on complex problems, contributing from definition through handoff
Structure and advance the use of AI in the product upstream: assisted prototyping (v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, Replit), generation of variations for testing, accelerating discovery
Deliver navigable, testable prototypes in short cycles, ready for direct implementation by the tech team
Lead the evolution of our Design System, bringing UX and UI rigor
Act as a development partner to a PO in training, helping unlock strategic and architectural thinking
Provide visibility and narrative on the impact of AI in our product process
Requirements
Proven senior experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer in digital productsExperience across the full cycle: discovery β definition β prototyping β validation β handoff
Advanced mastery of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
Fluency in AI-assisted prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, Cursor, Figma Make, Replit, Bolt or similar) β real project use, not just experimentation
Experience conducting and applying UX Research (qualitative and quantitative) with pragmatism, including knowing when not to research
Ability to evolve Design Systems, not just consume them
Solid frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS, component behavior, technical constraints) to collaborate with developers
