Responsibilities
- Bootstrap, Architect, and Code Solutions: Act as a hands-on technical builder, actively write code, architect the core infrastructure, and ensure the delivery of scalable AI frameworks.
- Drive product strategy and commercial success: Own the product vision, achieve early commercial wins, and report metrics to leadership.
- Build and Mentor a Multidisciplinary Team: Assemble and lead a cross-functional team fostering a culture of rapid execution and commercial focus.
- Enable sales and craft compelling assets: Partner with sales and marketing to create compelling demos and case studies.
- Champion and evangelize AI innovation: Evangelize the product at industry events and stay current with AI advancements.
What You Will Achieve
- Week 1: Integrate with managing partners, engineering, and sales teams.
- First Month: Define initial service offerings/product roadmap and start developing early POCs.
- Month 6: Successfully launch an externally-facing AI service offering.
- Team Impact: Assemble a high-performing cross-functional team fostering a culture of technical excellence.

About You
- You are an engineer at your core with strong hands-on software engineering skills.
- You are a Technical Product Leader with 5+ years of experience in product/engineering leadership within SaaS, AI, or platform environments.
- You are a commercial driver with a track record of converting technology vision into revenue-generating products.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a relentless focus on success.
- You are an exceptional communicator and evangelist with experience in client-facing situations.
