In this role, you will
- Conduct adversarial testing and fairness assessments to identify vulnerabilities in LLMs.
- Develop monitoring systems to detect unwanted behaviors in Mistralβs products.
- Implement safety fine-tuning techniques to improve robustness of models.
- Collaborate in the development of AI ethics policies.
You will need
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent software engineering skills.
