Your Mission
- As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will help build the connective tissue between our teams, partners, and the outside world.
- You’ll lead event strategy and execution, orchestrate internal communications that strengthen culture and engagement, and craft high-impact messaging for strategic partners.

What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events that bring the CloudWalk brand to life across the tech and AI ecosystem;
- Create and scale internal comms campaigns that inform, inspire, and align all walkers;
- Develop and maintain partner communication strategies, from onboarding kits to co-branded initiatives;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — from Product to People, from PR to Design — to ensure tone, timing, and messaging hit the mark;
- Leverage AI tools and automation to craft, optimize, and distribute communications efficiently;
- Track, test, and report on performance metrics to continuously improve communication impact;
- Be a storyteller, a culture-builder, and a brand guardian — all in one.
What You Need to Succeed
- Solid experience in brand communications, events, internal communications, or corporate PR, ideally in high-growth tech environments;
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- A strategic mindset with a strong hands-on approach — you’re comfortable shaping narratives and managing spreadsheets;
- Curiosity and/or experience with AI tools for content creation and communication flows;
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones;
- Passion for tech, storytelling, and making meaningful connections;
- Hands-on experience with sponsorships and event production involving Brazilian incentive laws (e.g., Lei Rouanet, ProAC, etc.) is a strong plus;
