Job Description
Your main mission will be to give life to our visual identity through static contents and videos, serving our communication towards both consumers and BtoB. You will report to the CMO
Your responsibilities:
- Make our brand shine through aspirational and engaging designs
- Ensure visual consistency among all our assets and products
- Design high performing ads for our user acquisition campaigns
- Conceive illustrations for all kinds of media (online, offline)
- Create sales decks and marketing materials
- Take daring initiatives to build our brand
- Shape the design culture at RLTY
Requirements
- Experience: You have at least 3+ years of experience on a similar role
- Creative skills: You love creating new designs and innovative creative concepts
- Technical skills: you are comfortable with creating all types of assets (2D, 3D, motion design, illustrations, photo and video shooting)
- Tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign), Cinema 4D, Octane
- Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, and you like getting hands-on
- Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
- Languages: You are fluent in English both written and spoken
- Education: You graduated from graphic design, motion design, artistic director school (or equivalent).
