Responsibilities
- Evolve and implement brand system across digital, web, campaigns, and product storytelling
- Design and build Webflow pages to support launches, updates, and marketing
- Translate product value propositions into compelling visual narratives and systems
- Collaborate with product design team to influence feature showcasing and product experience
- Create assets in multiple formats: static, motion, interactive web; manage motion/3D contractors
- Ensure creative consistency across web, social, events, campaigns, and product GTM
- Push creative limits to craft brand appealing to designers and current trends
Requirements
- 5β8 years experience in brand, web, or marketing design (agency or in-house)
- Deep experience designing for web and marketing, ideally shipping in Webflow
- Strong visual instincts and systems thinking
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with low ego
- Thrives in fast-paced, startup environments where design drives the story
- Experience working remotely or in a startup environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with motion design, 3D workflows, or creative tools for industrial designers, artists, or product teams
- Interest or experience in product design and working closely with product design teams and systems
