Responsibilities

• Source products through the global Fashion Concierge network in response to pull requests from Farfetch Private Client Stylists, ensuring enquiries are handled within agreed SLAs
• Support direct to client offers by engaging the network to offer stock through the Discovery tool and D2C edits
• Build and grow professional relationships to establish commissioned partnerships with luxury brands and multi-brand retailers and analyze results to drive portfolio growth
• Drive internal and external customer engagement with the Fashion Concierge app
• Support Private Client Stylists by curating edits of immediately available products to share with clients
• Analyze key data and KPI metrics using relevant systems to understand trade trends and results and provide feedback to the Fashion Concierge team and stakeholders
• Contribute to medium- and long-term planning through focus groups, team meetings, and ad-hoc projects
• Work with Private Client Stylists and Managers to identify sales opportunities for key clients or client groups
• Produce edits and lookbooks to support core brand sales and high-value category sales

Requirements

• World class client servicing expertise with a solutions oriented mindset and customer first approach
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working closely with senior sales team members
• Results driven and commercially aware
• Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-value client sales, ideally from first-hand experience with luxury brands, multi-brand, hard luxury or secondary market operators
• Proactive and self-motivating with strong organisational skills
• Confident with reading and analysing simple sales reports
• Flexible, robust soft skills, resilient and able to deal with complexity within the role
• Confident in building and developing sales decks and lookbooks
• Keen to learn and develop new skills working in a disruptive luxury industry role
