Responsibilities
- Consult on qualitative and quantitative research analysis relating to audience, brand, culture, and media channels
- Oversee development of strategy maps, brand maps, brand ladders, insights, promises, personas, customer journeys, and ecosystems
- Advise Strategists, Account leads, Scientific Directors, and Creative Directors to create inspiring creative briefs
- Monitor cultural and social trends impacting target attitudes, behavior, and perceptions
- Clearly communicate and present ideas, POVs, and strategies internally and to clients
- Inform development and facilitate workshops using strategic tools and frameworks
- Mentor, coach, and counsel strategy team members to facilitate growth and development
About you
- 12+ years strategic planning or marketing experience in healthcare/pharma advertising agency environment
- Relevant category and launch experience
- Experience with HCP and patient marketing, including Pharma brand launch
- Experience as lead strategist with brand strategy for 30-60 second TV spots promoting drug brands
- Experience utilizing strategic tools for analysis
- Experience building and facilitating client workshops
- Proven track record building and leading teams
- Superb and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at storytelling
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics); Master's degree ideal
Compensation
- $200,000 - $255,000 a year, dependent upon experience
