Responsibilities

• Lead creation of packaging, digital assets, product visuals, and layered artwork for print and digital use.
• Develop original, on-brand graphics and 3D renderings for product packaging and marketing materials with accuracy and lifestyle images using AI-generated imagery and advanced design methods.
• Create immersive lifestyle imagery targeting female perspective.
• Translate CAD files and technical drawings into compelling graphic assets and packaging layouts.
• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and refine deliverables.
• Manage and organize layered artwork, digital assets, and files for internal use and external vendors.
• Prepare detailed specs, tech packs, and presentation materials collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Work with brand managers, purchasing, marketing, and product teams to understand goals, audiences, and messages.
• Participate in design reviews and present concepts clearly.
• Maintain brand guidelines and champion high creative standards.
• Stay current with design and 3D trends and integrate new tools into workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in graphic/product design or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in 3D and CAD tools such as Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus Figma, Sketch or similar.
• Advanced understanding of generative AI and AI-assisted design tools.
• Skilled in layered artwork creation, digital asset management, and file prep for print and digital.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and brand storytelling.
• Understanding of women-friendly branding and design for female audiences.
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred & Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with video editing.
• Experience developing or refining brand guidelines.
