Responsibilities

  • Oversee our social strategy
  • Lead efforts across IG, FB, Pinterest, Tik Tok Shop, Linkedin
  • Drive Creative Consistency and Ensure Brand Standards are met including reviewing and approving Emails, SMS, DTC site copy, product naming and reviewing product claims language
  • Help Drive Breakthrough Marketing Ideas as part of a new 360 brand campaign plan
  • Oversee our PR agency and creative agency
  • Help develop and brief in new growth ad creative
  • Partner with product marketing on new product launch campaigns
  • Lead and energize internal creative team and external partners
  • Work closely with product, growth, and community teams to ensure brand alignment

Requirements

  • Seasoned brand leader with 8+ years of experience
  • Experience in consumer products and/or mission-driven companies
  • Creative thinker with a strategic backbone able to make brands stand out and measure results
  • Strong storyteller passionate about creative ideas and execution
  • Effective team leader who can inspire and lead teams and agencies
  • Thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
  • Passionate about sustainability and shaping culture

Contract Details

  • Interim role for approximately 5 months with possibility to extend
  • 2-3 days per week, working 20 hours per week
  • Location in New York City with hybrid work model
  • Start Date: 11/3
