About this role
- Own the design and production of marketing, sales, and customer success assets, including:
- Web pages and landing pages
- Case studies, one-pagers, and other brand assets
- Sales and investor decks
- Social media graphics and campaign visuals
- Event and webinar collateral
- Evolve and maintain our visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling, and visually engaging designs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Success leaders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Manage multiple projects at once, balancing quick-turn needs with larger creative initiatives.
- Partner with other designers and contribute to the growth of our brand design system.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in brand and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design projects and a range of design work from web to social to presentations.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through delivery.
