About this role

  • Own the design and production of marketing, sales, and customer success assets, including:
    • Web pages and landing pages
    • Case studies, one-pagers, and other brand assets
    • Sales and investor decks
    • Social media graphics and campaign visuals
    • Event and webinar collateral
  • Evolve and maintain our visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling, and visually engaging designs.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Success leaders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, balancing quick-turn needs with larger creative initiatives.
  • Partner with other designers and contribute to the growth of our brand design system.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in brand and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design projects and a range of design work from web to social to presentations.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments.
  • A self-starter mindset, with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through delivery.
