Your Role at a Glance

  • Design and create brand assets while managing the execution pipeline for Brand Design projects.
  • Balance hands-on design work and project management to deliver high-quality creative output.
  • Align with Marketing, Product, Comms, and Leadership to prioritize work based on strategic impact.
  • Serve as main contact for external creative collaborators like illustrators, animators, and vendors.
  • Translate project goals into actionable plans with milestones and deadlines, adapting for agile and campaign timelines.
  • Audit and improve scoping, briefing, assigning, tracking, reviewing, and approving work across the Brand Design team.
  • Use AI tools to streamline brief creation, summarize input, track actions, and support planning.
  • Identify resourcing needs and roadblocks, proposing solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Apply design expertise while building clarity from ambiguous requests into structured plans.
  • Facilitate feedback loops, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives promoting clarity, feedback, and improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency and creative ambition leveraging the dual role as designer and coordinator.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 7+ years of experience in design execution and project management, preferably in a tech-driven company.
  • Strong design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and organizational prowess.
  • Ability to balance design work and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-directed with high agency to move projects forward in ambiguity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while maintaining creative excellence.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and managing external creative partners.
  • Outstanding communication skills for clarifying ambiguity and building stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools like Notion and Asana.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, or generate documentation.
  • Passion for both creating beautiful design work and building better working methods.

  • Hands-on design or content creation background.
  • Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.
  • Familiarity with brand systems, campaign planning, or creative operations.
  • Comfort presenting plans, roadmaps, or retrospectives to senior stakeholders.

  • AI proficiency for creative or operational workflow automation.
