As a Brand Designer at Flowcode, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand guidelines and fostering design cohesion across all platforms. Your role integrates creative vision with operational excellence, crucial in developing and executing integrated campaigns that span multiple channels, mediums, and placements. With a focused effort on leveraging AI innovation, you will redefine and elevate how our brand engages with its audience, blending art with science to push creative boundaries.
You will refine our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values while fostering a collaborative environment that nurtures both the growth and operational efficiency of our design team. As the operational lead designer, you'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with the UI/UX team on brand guidelines, work closely with the marketing team to streamline integrated campaign operations, and partner with sales marketing to optimize design processes for revenue impact. Utilizing the power of AI, you'll unlock new creative and operational possibilities, crafting campaigns that are not only innovative but also optimized for scalability and impact.
Additionally, your role will bridge creative talent and operational strategy, emphasizing mentoring young talent and promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.
Key aspects of your role include:
- Enhance design team productivity and creativity, fostering design cohesion and team collaboration.
- Lead and promote the professional growth of designers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Communicate visual ideas effectively with inspiration boards, sketches, and comps to improve brand identity and campaign clarity.
- Update and enhance brand guidelines for consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns from start to finish, incorporating innovative elements such as animation, video, and dynamic digital content.
- Drive social media campaign strategies and collaborate on storytelling and comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Conceptualize and implement seasonal campaigns, focusing on visual design for digital marketing, site content, and print materials.
- Work closely with creative partners to develop content that translates brand strategy into impactful creative expressions.
- Deliver creative assets promptly, managing deadlines and work volume without compromising quality or detail.
- Respond adaptively to design challenges and evolving business needs, contributing to Flowcode's growth and brand strength through creative and technological integration.
You're the perfect fit for this role if you are:
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Proficient in Google Slides and presentation design skills.
- Proficient in cohesive design principles and implementation across multichannel campaigns.
- Able to align brand designs with new brand guidelines, especially on the homepage.
- Have strong expertise in animation/video for innovative and conversion-centric designs.
- Experience in proactive IRL (In Real Life) placements and data-centric strategies for impactful brand activations.
- Familiarity with automated templates and collaborative design tools.
- Experience in creative performance, including A/B design testing.
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and enthusiastic about innovating and learning.
- Driven, proactive, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A desire to collaborate. Some of your best ideas come when you're working with others โ you're a team player.
- Meme-making skills. While not required, they will come in handy during our Friday all-hands.

This is an in-office role at our office in Soho, NYC.
A successful candidateโs starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $80K - $90K + equity + benefits.
