What You9ll Do
- Design and execute a wide range of visual assets, including social media graphics (static and animated), digital banners, posters, and print materials (e.g., banners, flyers).
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to conceptualize and develop creative campaigns and visual strategies.
- Help create storyboards and visual concepts for short videos and online video commercials (OVCs).
- Translate complex ideas and brand messaging into clear, visually stunning designs.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and style guide, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.
What You Have
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, with a focus on digital and social media design.
- Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to the ideation process, not just the execution.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of brand principles and the role of design in brand communication.
Good to have
- Experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects).
- Photography/videography and video editing skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design.
