- You're excited about pushing a new brand system forward after a recent brand refresh targeting the Enterprise audience.
- You’re data-informed and motivated to learn from insights, research, and testing.
- You’re development-aware with familiarity with modern website builders like Framer, Webflow, Builder.io and motivated to grow deeper fluency.
- You have experience collaborating with engineering and know how to design for implementation.
- You’re curious and experimental, especially about how AI can enhance design workflow and scale brand expression.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, managing your own time, and driving broad briefs forward independently but collaboratively.
- You’re a strong communicator able to explain your thinking clearly, seek input, and align cross-functional partners.
Things You’ll Do
- Collaborate with designers, producers, and partners across Marketing and Engineering to launch engaging marketing web pages and campaign experiences.
- Own the end-to-end design and build of marketing site pages in tools like Framer—from concept through polished execution.
- Build interactive pages in Framer yourself or work closely with developers to realize your designs in code.
- Use AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to speed up production and free time for higher-level creative exploration.
- Push the Zapier brand forward by applying the Enterprise brand refresh to the customer journey, bringing more motion, experimentation, and distinctiveness to the web brand system.
- Leverage data, customer research, and A/B testing to raise the bar for conversion and pipeline goals.
- Partner with senior designers to maintain and evolve style sheets, component libraries, and self-serve resources that scale design across the organization.
