Role overview
- The Brand Specialist is part of the Global Brand Marketing Team responsible for shaping the strategic plans for the PlayStation Brand and executing global campaigns.
- Supports campaign development, management, and execution, and assists with administrative tasks to improve team efficiency.
- Manages communication across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Campaign Management
- Support priority paid media global campaigns and initiatives, managing asset flow between internal teams and agencies and localization for territory and global media teams.
- Brief, develop and implement owned channel campaigns collaborating with internal teams and agencies.
- Manage multiple stakeholders ensuring smooth approval, communication, and asset delivery.
- Lead localization process coordinating with internal collaborators and agencies ensuring timely planning and execution.
- Support territory teams in local campaign planning, ideation, and execution.
- Contribute strategic and creative feedback during campaign development.
- Support post-campaign data analysis and reporting, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
Operational Efficiency
- Manage brand assets, team presentations, archive campaigns and assets for internal reviews and final delivery.
- Increase operational efficiency through meeting planning, territory engagement, and reporting.
- Manage PO process including opening and tracking purchase orders and budget.
What we're looking for
- Bachelorβs degree (Business, Communications or Marketing preferred) with minimum 1 year experience or 3 years equivalent industry experience.
- Passion for the entertainment industry; understanding of gaming trends and culture is a bonus.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task and engage collaborators.
- Strategic problem solver with ability to draw insights from consumer research and data.
- Enthusiasm for creativity, storytelling and innovation in marketing campaigns.
- Flexible working including regular late evening and occasional early morning calls; occasional travel may be required.
