Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Translate cybersecurity and AI concepts into clear narratives.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
- Oversee Creative Studio function including marketing assets and digital experiences.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
- Drive innovative visual storytelling to elevate brand perception.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver creative assets for demand generation and culture programs.
- Manage external design and production agencies for brand integrity.
- Own global web strategy, UX/UI design, content strategy, SEO, and analytics.
- Lead redesign and optimization of company website for engagement and conversion.
- Integrate web and creative teams to align visual and messaging strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally to support full customer lifecycle digital experiences.
- Lead digital marketing including paid media, retargeting, SEO/SEM, and content syndication.
- Use analytics, A/B testing, and AI insights to improve digital performance.
- Explore emerging digital and creative technologies to differentiate digital experiences.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across brand, web, creative, and digital operations.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set KPIs and dashboards to measure brand equity, digital performance, and marketing ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in brand, creative, and digital marketing leadership.
- Proven success in brand transformations, web redesigns, and managing creative teams.
- Expertise in creative direction, UX/UI, digital strategy, and analytics.
- Ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling skills, and design sensibility.
- Experience managing in-house and external creative teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Business.
