Responsibilities
- Define and design the Omnea brand identity and maintain the core visual language.
- Build brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and teams.
- Design content, decks, and materials that communicate Omneaβs story simply and powerfully.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to create high-impact campaigns and assets.
- Bring the brand to life inside the company β making Omnea irresistible to employees and candidates alike.
- Solve complex communication challenges through elegant, minimal design.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience designing for enterprise or B2B software companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, visual storytelling, and content design.
- The ability to move fast and execute with precision β you can do the work yourself.
- Passion for crafting visuals that make complex concepts feel simple and human.
- A sense of ownership and pride in building something from scratch.
- Previous experience with design tooling, like Adobe CC, Figma, Canva.
- Experience with video editing is a bonus.
Work Environment
- Work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at London offices.
