Responsibilities

  • Define and design the Omnea brand identity and maintain the core visual language.
  • Build brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels and teams.
  • Design content, decks, and materials that communicate Omnea’s story simply and powerfully.
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to create high-impact campaigns and assets.
  • Bring the brand to life inside the company β€” making Omnea irresistible to employees and candidates alike.
  • Solve complex communication challenges through elegant, minimal design.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience designing for enterprise or B2B software companies.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, visual storytelling, and content design.
  • The ability to move fast and execute with precision β€” you can do the work yourself.
  • Passion for crafting visuals that make complex concepts feel simple and human.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in building something from scratch.
  • Previous experience with design tooling, like Adobe CC, Figma, Canva.
  • Experience with video editing is a bonus.

Work Environment

  • Work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at London offices.
