Responsibilities
- Lead concepting and execute design across digital, social and event touchpoints.
- Design and ship key assets yourself in Figma, from campaign visuals to product marketing materials and event collateral.
- Evolve n8n6s brand system and guidelines, ensuring scalability and cohesion.
- Create motion explorations, prototypes, moodboards and production ready files when needed.
- Balance day-to-day design requests while advancing larger brand initiatives.
- Scope, brief and manage contractors, agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Partner with the Brand Operations Manager to prioritize projects, manage timelines and keep the creative pipeline running smoothly.
- Provide clear direction and actionable feedback to internal collaborators and external partners.
- Ensure creative alignment and quality across all brand expressions and channels.
- Track progress, unblock work and uphold standards for craft and consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Community and other teams across n8n to drive clarity and cohesion.
- Act as a brand advocate, helping others understand and apply our visual identity.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity through inspiration, experimentation and mentorship.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a mix of agency and in-house experience preferred.
- Expert in Figma, with proficiency in additional creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion, prototyping tools, etc.).
- Equally energized by hands-on design and by directing others; you can switch modes fluidly and know when each is needed.
- A strong visual storyteller with an eye for typography, layout and identity systems.
- Confident leading projects from brief to delivery, including scoping, briefing and reviewing partner work.
- Experience across multiple channels and formats, from digital campaigns to physical activations and events.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing external partners to uphold standards.
- Curious, proactive, humble. You take ownership, move fast and maintain craft and detail.
- Solid understanding of working with success metrics.
