Role Overview
- Responsible for all design needs across Retail and B2B channels.
- Bring the Who Gives A Crap brand to life in stores and with business customers.
- Work remotely based in Australia with the global creative team.
Responsibilities
- Design campaigns for retailers including aisle fins and carpark takeovers.
- Define and refine shopper marketing toolkit to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Support sales with creative pitch decks to introduce the brand to new retailers.
- Collaborate with B2B team on brand activations for trade shows.
- Develop digital assets to enhance retail e-commerce platforms.
- Support limited edition packaging rollouts nationwide.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of design experience with a strong portfolio in Retail or B2B.
- Experience designing experiential environments connecting physical spaces with storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Comfortable working with print and digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present creative vision effectively to stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who can translate briefs into impactful design solutions.
- Experience working with external printers and production teams to ensure flawless execution.
