Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of WRITER's visual brand identity system across all marketing design touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand story
- Design and produce high-impact brand assets, translating complex AI and enterprise concepts into engaging visual communications
- Build and optimize design operations workflows, managing project planning and resource allocation for brand design initiatives
- Lead maintenance and development of WRITER's design system in Figma, establishing best practices and creating reusable components
- Manage end-to-end project execution for brand design workstreams using Asana, facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate business objectives into visual strategies and present design concepts
- Mentor fellow designers, sharing expertise and fostering continuous innovation and high-quality creative output
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years professional brand design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity in B2B technology or enterprise software
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing sophisticated brand identity development and compelling visual storytelling
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Asana, with strong skills in typography, color theory, composition, and layout
- Proven ability to build and optimize scalable design processes and manage complex projects efficiently
- Strong collaborative and communication skills, adept at partnering with diverse stakeholders and influencing creative direction
- Experience leading design critiques, providing mentorship, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
- Keen understanding of brand strategy aligning visual design with business objectives and market trends
