General Description
- Chartbeat Inc. is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Brand to architect and lead the next chapter of our corporate brand. This senior leader will unite our multi-product portfolio (Chartbeat, Tubular, Lineup, FatTail) under a cohesive narrative, elevating Chartbeat Inc. as the innovation engine of the modern media industry.
- The Head of Brand will own our external identity, messaging hierarchy, and public reputation. This person is both a strategist and an operator: capable of crafting a unified brand story while ensuring flawless execution across PR, social, events, design, and executive visibility. You will drive global initiatives—including the Unified Brand Story rollout and enterprise-level event presence—to ensure the Chartbeat Inc. brand is consistent, differentiated, and unmistakably industry-leading.
Essential Job Functions
- Brand Architecture: Own the full corporate brand identity system and messaging hierarchy across all Chartbeat Inc. products.
- Unified Narrative: Lead the global rollout of the Unified Brand Story, including visual identity and cross-product positioning.
- Brand Guardianship: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across content, product, sales, and design.
- PR Strategy: Build a corporate innovation PR engine that positions Chartbeat Inc. as a category-defining technology platform.
- Executive Visibility: Raise the profile of senior leadership through thought leadership, earned media, and keynote positioning.
- Strategic Events: Lead the execution of a high-impact global events strategy (Cannes, CES, NAB, etc.) with a focus on C-suite hospitality.
- Corporate Voice: Define and oversee the development of storytelling assets, including brand videos, signature POVs, and social messaging.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Product, Sales, and Content teams to ensure brand coherence across the customer journey.
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, PR, or corporate communications within the B2B SaaS or media-tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing brand architecture for a multi-product portfolio or parent company preferred .
- Demonstrated experience developing high-level corporate narratives and messaging frameworks for enterprise audiences.
- Extensive experience managing global PR agencies and securing top-tier earned media placements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
- Ability to operate as both a high-level strategist and a hands-on operator in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for design and brand aesthetics.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor6#39;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
