Role Overview
- Drive creative direction for brand campaigns, launches, and integrated experiences.
- Own and evolve Webflow's visual identity.
- Translate brand strategy into cohesive creative concepts.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals.
- Set and uphold creative standards, provide mentorship, and balance creative ambition with delivery realities.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Events teams.
- Contribute to design systems, templates, processes, and explore emerging creative technologies like AI and 3D.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand, campaign, or systems design.
- Proficiency in visual direction, design systems, and storytelling across multiple mediums.
- Ability to influence outcomes through clarity, collaboration, and storytelling.

- Remote-first role (United States; BC & ON, Canada).
- Full-time, permanent, exempt position.
Compensation
- Base pay ranges vary by geographic zones in the United States from $121,000 to $161,700.
