Responsibilities
- Creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials aligned with brand identity
- Maintaining brand consistency by adhering to guidelines and reflecting tone, style, and values
- Collaborating with marketing teams to translate strategies and concepts into engaging visual designs
- Designing digital assets optimized for social media, websites, and mobile platforms
- Developing print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise
- Supporting marketing campaigns by creating and iterating visual assets based on feedback and performance
- Sourcing, creating, and editing high-quality images and photographs for marketing use
- Staying up to date with digital design trends and best practices to drive engagement
- Managing multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards before publication
Requirements
- 3+ Years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative design concepts
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles
- Knowledge of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Experience in digital design for social media, websites, and mobile applications
- Familiarity with print design and preparation of print-ready materials
- Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
