Responsibilities
- Design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.
- Apply and maintain Moniepoint19s brand guidelines, including typography, colour, and layout systems.
- Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
- Work closely with senior designers and art directors to execute creative concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
- Support the team with asset creation, resizing, and production tasks.
- Prepare print-ready files when required, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging tools.
- Experiment with typography, colour, composition, and layout to elevate creative output.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; After Effects is a plus).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, hierarchy and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Experience in Advertising, Fintech or other Financial services, or corporate branding is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
- Illustration skills or experience with vector-based tools is a plus.
