Responsibilities
- Develop compelling graphics for digital/websites, social, email, presentations, paid media, events, and print materials.
- Manage intakes, communicate with requestors, and execute according to SLA, campaign briefs, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files for packaging; proof designs for alignment, resolution, colors, and accuracy.
- Develop customer-facing presentations using Google Slides in collaboration with sales or executives.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand briefs and manage project timelines.
- Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create prototypes and visual assets for digital products.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished visual designs.
- Create reusable templates and organize project files for workflow efficiency and version control.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint including animation and advanced formatting.
- Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Familiarity with digital and print production requirements and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
- Experience as an in-house designer on a marketing team.
