Core Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality graphics and layouts for social media and blog visuals
- Sales decks and one-pagers
- Webinar and podcast visuals
- Event signage and assets
- Conference and speaker decks
- Email banners and landing page imagery
- Customer stories and case study layouts
Core Responsibilities
- Apply brand guidelines consistently while knowing when (and how) to evolve them
- Support iterative updates to existing templates, decks, and materials
- Help prep final design files and handoff assets to external vendors or partners
- Manage and organize design files and templates in shared folders (Google Drive, Canva, Figma, etc.)
Collaboration & Process
- Work closely with the Brand Design Lead to maintain visual brand consistency
- Partner with Content and Events teams to prioritize incoming design needs and meet fast-moving deadlines
- Participate in creative reviews and bring thoughtful, solution-oriented feedback
- Help scale design output by creating and improving templates that others can use

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design or production design role (in-house or agency)
- Strong proficiency with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy instincts
- Portfolio showcasing clean, clear, brand-consistent design work across digital and print
- Experience applying and working within brand systems and design guidelines
- Bonus: experience designing for healthcare, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries
