Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production workflows for cross-functional brand projects, from scoping through final delivery.
- Architect detailed production plans covering creative cycles, vendor lead times, and review processes.
- Support media campaigns by partnering with Paid Media teams on vendor sourcing, specs, and out-of-home advertising logistics.
- Orchestrate video and photo shoots including location scouting, talent coordination, equipment procurement, and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to ensure brand consistency across event touchpoints such as design, copy, swag, and video content.
- Build cross-functional bridges with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing to align production with campaign goals and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage vendor network, negotiate contracts, and ensure brand standards for photographers, videographers, printers, and fabrication partners.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and stakeholders using project tracking systems to provide real-time updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in production management, project management, or creative operations in fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise across video, photography, print, and out-of-home advertising media.
- Preferred experience in SaaS, software, or high-growth technology companies.
- Proven vendor management skills including contract negotiation and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and production tracking systems.
- Strong organizational leadership managing multiple projects and influencing business leaders through communication.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high brand and quality standards.
- Expertise bridging creative strategy and final execution workflows.
