Role overview

  • Based in the Marketing team and collaborating with Product Design, responsible for brand, marketing, and communication design projects.
  • Opportunity to work autonomously and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing

  • Build, develop, and evolve the Fresha brand through design across social and email ads, print collateral, and trade show or market booth environments.
  • Deliver creative, innovative, and conceptual design for internal and external output.
  • Collaborate with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing on creative ideas and campaigns.
  • Apply expert design and craft to visual project elements and maintain design systems.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
  • Take briefs independently and confidently make design decisions.
  • Work from the office five days a week to foster teamwork and collaboration.

What we are looking for

  • Proactive self-starter with creative ownership and autonomy from concept to execution.
  • Proven experience delivering marketing assets such as social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints.
  • Expertise in creating visually engaging static and motion assets balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact.
  • Adaptability to work within an evolving brand identity and iterate quickly.
  • High proficiency in motion graphics and animation for digital assets.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large projects across markets.
  • Trend-aware designer familiar with AI tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Feedback-friendly with collaborative resilience and open communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience writing effective ad copy to complement visual designs.

Interview process

  • Screening call (Google Meet, 30 minutes) with Talent Team.
  • First stage interview (Google Meet, 30 minutes) with Hiring Manager.
  • Final stage in-person presentation (60 minutes) with VP of Design & Head of Brand and Content Marketing.
  • Feedback aimed within 2 weeks; manual review of all applications.
