Role overview
- Based in the Marketing team and collaborating with Product Design, responsible for brand, marketing, and communication design projects.

What you will be doing
- Build, develop, and evolve the Fresha brand through design across social and email ads, print collateral, and trade show or market booth environments.
- Deliver creative, innovative, and conceptual design for internal and external output.
- Collaborate with the design team and Head of Brand & Content Marketing on creative ideas and campaigns.
- Apply expert design and craft to visual project elements and maintain design systems.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Take briefs independently and confidently make design decisions.
- Work from the office five days a week to foster teamwork and collaboration.
What we are looking for
- Proactive self-starter with creative ownership and autonomy from concept to execution.
- Proven experience delivering marketing assets such as social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Expertise in creating visually engaging static and motion assets balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact.
- Adaptability to work within an evolving brand identity and iterate quickly.
- High proficiency in motion graphics and animation for digital assets.
- Strong organizational skills for managing large projects across markets.
- Trend-aware designer familiar with AI tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Feedback-friendly with collaborative resilience and open communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience writing effective ad copy to complement visual designs.
Interview process
- Screening call (Google Meet, 30 minutes) with Talent Team.
- First stage interview (Google Meet, 30 minutes) with Hiring Manager.
- Final stage in-person presentation (60 minutes) with VP of Design & Head of Brand and Content Marketing.
- Feedback aimed within 2 weeks; manual review of all applications.
