Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing assets for social media platforms, email newsletters, and website banners
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Create layout templates and design systems for scalable asset production
- Optimize designs for different platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.)
- Stay updated on current design trends and tools to keep our visuals fresh and engaging
Tools & Software
- Canva β for quick-turn marketing assets and templates
- Figma β for more complex design projects and collaborative creative work
- (Optional) Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
Qualifications
- 1β3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and branding design
- Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
