Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to specialist for branding and visual identity across diverse projects
- Build and evolve visual systems, including logos, typography, and brand architecture
- Develop Brand Books and style guides to ensure consistency as products scale
- Design high-performing marketing assets, from landing pages to newsletter templates
- Create professional business decks and standardized corporate document systems
- Produce motion graphics and lightweight animations for digital channels
- Collaborate with Product Teams, providing a specialist branding lens to development
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital branding, with a focus on scaling visual identity across platforms
- Proven experience in building and developing comprehensive visual identity systems (logo, typography, and color palettes)
- Strong track record of creating Brand Books and visual style guides to ensure brand integrity
- Portfolio highlighting functional layouts for landing pages and high-converting newsletters
- Skillfulness in creating professional templates for business presentations and corporate documents
- Deep commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all company touchpoints
- Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) for clear documentation and seamless communication
- Availability from 20 - 40 hours per week (B2B contract only)
- Big plus: Ability to produce engaging motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels
