Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and evolution of our brand identity across campaigns, web journeys, and high-visibility brand moments.
  • Lead art direction for integrated campaigns and web experiences.
  • Develop visually compelling designs that engage audiences.
  • Own the execution of major campaign and web experience projects.
  • Ensure design consistency and high fidelity across brand guidelines.
  • Influence, guide, and oversee specialty designers or collaborators.
  • Effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, messaging, product, and development teams.
  • Act as a creative thought partner with cross-functional partners.
  • Proactively lead design processes to shape design approaches.
  • Serve as a mentor to other designers.
  • Promote a culture of openness, feedback, and inclusivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 8+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven success in brand campaigns and agency work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience leading campaign art direction.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
  • Experience working with fabricators, production teams, and vendors.
