Responsibilities
- Drive the development and evolution of our brand identity across campaigns, web journeys, and high-visibility brand moments.
- Lead art direction for integrated campaigns and web experiences.
- Develop visually compelling designs that engage audiences.
- Own the execution of major campaign and web experience projects.
- Ensure design consistency and high fidelity across brand guidelines.
- Influence, guide, and oversee specialty designers or collaborators.
- Effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, messaging, product, and development teams.
- Act as a creative thought partner with cross-functional partners.
- Proactively lead design processes to shape design approaches.
- Serve as a mentor to other designers.
- Promote a culture of openness, feedback, and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 8+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proven success in brand campaigns and agency work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Demonstrated experience leading campaign art direction.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and providing constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects.
