What You'll Do
- Lead brand identity projects end-to-end, from concept to rollout
- Design complete visual systems that work across digital touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy and narrative into design decisions and visual direction
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and devs across product and marketing workstreams
- Present to clients and guide conversations around brand thinking and design rationale
- Contribute to internal rituals and help shape the design culture of the agency
- Balance execution and exploration. Youβll ship real work, but also push for whatβs next
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design (agency or product-side)
- Experience designing for digital products and understanding how brand and UI intersect
- A sharp portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, design systems, and attention to detail
- Solid typography, color, layout, and art direction skills
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting work to clients
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard tools
- A team mindset. We work together, share feedback often, and learn from each other
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bonus: motion skills or copy sensibility
